Import declaration process:
Delegate declaration - Pre-entry - reporting - the commodity inspection, animal inspection
and sanitation inspection - clearance (FCL, tally, put boxes) or (devanning, cargo handling)
Pre-entry includes: providing a bill of lading, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, contracts,
domestic trade agreements, permits, proof of specific goods, import relief for tax returns,
processing trade manuals and other related documents.
Export declaration process:
Commission declaration - Pre-entry - Reporting - Release - Tax
"Pre-entry" includes: information on three inspection certificates, export quotas, licenses,
certificate of origin, endangered cards, invoices, packing lists, foreign exchange verification
orders, manual (bonded), the station receipts and other relevant documents
"Release" includes: a receipt to send ships on behalf of the station or port load. |
